Object 1 Payment Plans
Every Object 1 off-plan project in Dubai with its payment structure set out in full — what you pay on booking, what you pay in instalments while the building goes up, and what falls due on handover. 34 of 34 projects have a confirmed plan below.
Plans are read as down payment / during construction / on handover, and always total 100% of the purchase price. Terms can differ between launch phases and on remaining inventory — confirm the current plan for your unit before you commit.

Payment plan questions
- What is the lowest down payment on an Object 1 project?
- Several Object 1 projects start at a 10% down payment on booking. The rest is split between instalments during construction and a final balance on handover. The exact split varies by project, so check the table above for the project you are considering.
- What does a 10/50/40 payment plan mean?
- It means 10% of the purchase price on booking, 50% paid in instalments while the building is under construction, and the remaining 40% due when the unit is handed over. The three figures always add up to 100% of the price.
- Do Object 1 projects offer a post-handover payment plan?
- Some do. On a post-handover plan, part of the balance is paid in instalments after you have received the keys rather than all of it on handover. The project pages flag whether a post-handover option applies.
- Are the payment instalments linked to construction progress?
- Yes. In Dubai, off-plan instalments are tied to verified construction milestones, and buyer payments go into a DLD-regulated escrow account for the project rather than directly to the developer.
- Can the payment plan change after I book?
- The plan is fixed in your Sales and Purchase Agreement at the point of booking. Plans advertised for a project can change between launch phases, and remaining inventory is sometimes offered on different terms, so confirm the current plan with the sales team before you commit.
