VERDAN1A 4 uses a 25/35/40 payment plan: 25% on booking, 35% across construction and 40% on handover in Q4 2027. Within the VERDAN1A series this is the most front-loaded structure, asking a quarter of the value at reservation where VERDAN1A 5 asks 20% and the earlier phases ask 10%. In exchange, the balance is distributed more evenly across the remaining stages, and a post-handover component is available to extend part of the final 40% past key collection. Entry is AED 711,013 for a 386 sq ft studio, with one-bedroom layouts of 798 sq ft at around AED 1.3M. The anticipated service charge is 15 AED per sq ft and apartments are delivered semi-furnished with equipped kitchens, allowing residents to personalise the remaining fit-out.
