VERDAN1A 4 Payment Plan and Terms

VERDAN1A 4 uses a 10/50/40 payment plan: 10% on booking, 50% across construction and 40% on handover in Q4 2027. Within the VERDAN1A series this is the lightest booking requirement, asking a tenth of the value at reservation where VERDAN1A 5 and the earlier phases ask 20%. In exchange, half of the price falls due during the build. A post-handover option keeps the 10% booking and 50% construction stages but takes 10% on handover and the remaining 30% after key collection. Studios start from AED 710,000, one-bedroom apartments from AED 1,119,770, two-bedroom apartments from AED 1,559,538 and three-bedroom apartments from AED 1,590,396. The anticipated service charge is 15 AED per sq ft and apartments are delivered semi-furnished with equipped kitchens, allowing residents to personalise the remaining fit-out.
