Amenities at VERDAN1A Phase 3 are planned around everyday wellbeing, with indoor and rooftop swimming options, landscaped gardens and quiet relaxation zones. Residents also have access to a fully equipped gymnasium, yoga and dance studio, clubhouse, walking paths and a children's play area. CCTV security and nearby restaurants add practical comfort to the daily routine. The yoga and dance room is unique to Phase 3 across the VERDAN1A series, a dedicated studio space rather than a corner of the gym floor. A sauna sits alongside it, shared with Phase 2 but absent from the later studio-led buildings. The remaining provision covers a pool deck with sun loungers, a kids pool, a kids play room, a clubhouse and a gym. Seven amenities across a B + G + 10 floors + R building keeps the ratio favourable, and the emphasis on wellness spaces rather than sheer facility count gives this phase a different character to its neighbours.
