VERDAN1A Phase 2 Payment Plan and Terms

VERDAN1A Phase 2 follows a 10/50/40 payment plan: a 10% down payment on booking, 50% through construction and 40% on handover in Q2 2027. Across the VERDAN1A series this is the lowest entry requirement, against 20% at Phase 3 and VERDAN1A 5 and 25% at VERDAN1A 4, so it asks least at reservation while spreading the largest share across the build. A post-handover component is available to extend part of the closing 40% past key collection. The unit mix here sits higher than the studio-led phases: one-bedroom apartments of 993 to 995 sq ft from AED 1,536,140 and two-bedroom layouts of 1,250 to 1,383 sq ft up to AED 2,060,283, across a B + G + 11 floors + R building. Apartments are delivered furnished with a 15 AED per sq ft service charge.
