IR1DIAN Park Amenities and Facilities

IR1DIAN Park spreads six amenities across a low-rise G + P + 5 floors building, which gives them a different character to the same list in a tower. With only five residential levels sharing the pool, kids pool and sun-lounger deck, the ratio of residents to facilities is considerably lower than in the twenty-storey buildings elsewhere in the Object 1 range. The clubhouse and gym cover indoor use, the BBQ area extends the deck into the evening, and a kids play room gives families an indoor option when summer temperatures rule out the terrace. The project takes its name from iridescence, and the shared spaces follow that idea through changing light rather than through bold colour. Apartments are semi-furnished with fully fitted kitchens, and the anticipated service charge is 15 AED per sq ft.
