IR1DIAN Park Master Plan and Building Layout

The IR1DIAN Park master plan sets out a ground plus podium plus five residential floors arrangement, placing it firmly in the low-rise category within Jumeirah Village Circle. The podium level takes parking, so residential floors begin above the street and apartments avoid facing directly onto the road. With only five levels carrying fourteen layout types, the floor plates are shallow, which is what allows the spacious proportions and generous daylight the project is designed around. The building draws its identity from iridescence, the way light shifts across a surface, and the elevations are handled to catch that changing light rather than to present a single flat face. The compact scale also explains the amenity ratio: six shared facilities serving five floors rather than twenty. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027.
