ELAR1S Sky at Jumeirah Village Triangle Master Plan

The master plan for ELAR1S Sky at Jumeirah Village Triangle helps buyers understand how the project sits within one of Dubai’s established residential communities. In JVT, daily life is shaped by quiet internal streets, neighbourhood parks and practical access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The master plan sets out basement, ground, five podium levels, a mezzanine, thirty-seven residential floors and a roof. The mezzanine level is specific to this building among the three ELAR1S projects, sitting between the podium platform and the residential stack. Five podium levels handle parking and carry the amenity deck with the pools, BBQ area, outdoor gym and kids play area. The thirty-seven floors above are what allow the larger 1,508 and 1,636 sq ft layouts to be positioned at height where the outlook justifies their pricing. This is the tallest Object 1 structure in Jumeirah Village Triangle. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2028.
