Silviana Park Living Master Plan

The Silviana Park Living master plan shows how the apartment building is positioned within the established, low-density setting of Jumeirah Village Triangle. The layout places everyday facilities such as landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, barbecue space, gym and indoor swimming pool within easy reach of residents. Reviewing the master-plan image helps you understand movement through the site, amenity placement and how the project connects to JVT’s parks, local roads and neighbourhood services. The building is arranged as basement, ground, podium, five residential floors and a roof. A single podium level is sufficient here because the building is small, and the practical result is that residential floors begin much closer to ground level than in the podium-heavy towers elsewhere in the range. That keeps apartments in direct relationship with the landscaped surroundings rather than looking down on them from a raised platform, which is consistent with the park-oriented character the project is built around. The seven amenities occupy that podium deck and lower levels, serving only five floors of apartments. Handover is Q1 2027.
