Lum1nar Tower 2 Master Plan in JVT

The master plan for Lum1nar Tower 2 shows how the apartment tower is positioned within the established Jumeirah Village Triangle setting, with residential access, parking and leisure areas planned around everyday convenience. The visual layout helps buyers understand the relationship between the building, landscaped spaces, children’s play areas, rooftop zones and shared facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. In JVT, where low-rise neighbourhood streets, parks and community retail define daily life, the site planning is especially important for walkability and ease of movement. The defining feature of this master plan is that leisure is split between a pool and leisure deck at podium level and rooftop recreational zones at the top of the building, rather than concentrated on a single deck.
