The Elaris Rise master plan helps you see how the building, residential floors and shared facilities are organised within its Jumeirah Village Triangle setting. In a community known for its residential streets and everyday convenience, the plan shows how Elaris Rise is designed to support practical, walkable daily living. The building is arranged as basement, ground, five podium levels and twenty-four residential floors. It sits between its two siblings in height, above the eighteen floors at ELAR1S Axis and below the thirty-seven at ELAR1S Sky, while sharing the same five-level podium platform. That deck carries the swimming pool, kids pool and outdoor lounge. The twenty-four residential floors above hold twenty-four layout types built largely around a repeating 712 to 713 sq ft one-bedroom plate, which is what gives the building its consistency from level to level. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2028.
