ELAR1S Axis at Jumeirah Village Triangle Master Plan

The ELAR1S Axis master plan shows how the development is arranged for practical daily living in District 1 of Jumeirah Village Triangle. The layout brings together studio and 1-bedroom apartments with wellness, leisure, retail and parking facilities within an organised residential setting. Landscaped areas, children’s zones and community spaces support the walkable, low-rise neighbourhood character that JVT is known for. The building is arranged as basement, ground, five podium levels, eighteen residential floors and a roof. Among the three ELAR1S projects this is the shortest, against twenty-four floors at Elaris Rise and thirty-seven at ELAR1S Sky, but it shares the same five-level podium, which means the amenity deck here serves fewer apartments than at its taller siblings. That deck carries the pool, kids pool, BBQ area, outdoor CrossFit space, outdoor kids play area and the office terrace. Eighteen residential floors above hold twenty-seven studio and one-bedroom layouts within a tight size range. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2028.
